How do I pay?
Send us your request and our team will contact you to arrange payment. There is no online checkout, and submitting a request does not take a payment.
How will I receive my gift card?
Choose a digital card to receive by email, ready to print or forward. Physical cards can be collected at Isaan, Kleine Houtstraat 31 in Haarlem. We’ll arrange the details with you after your request.
Can I send it directly to someone else?
We normally email the digital card to you, so you can give it at just the right moment. If you have something else in mind, leave a note with your request and we’ll discuss it with you.
What should I know before buying?
Our team will confirm the gift card’s validity and redemption terms, including how any remaining balance is handled, before you pay. Need it for a particular date? Let us know in your request.
